Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) – will support the systematic monitoring of fruit flies and bee species. This is the core mandate of the Department of Entomology. They will also support (beyond the project lifetime) the maintenance of the monitoring units once they have been designed and installed.
